Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through September 30, 2025 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@socma.org minus a $150 processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted after September 30, 2025 based on obligations the conference venue. Substitutions are permitted.

The 2025 SOCMA Summit will be held at the Gunter Hotel in San Antonio, TX on October 21-22. The SOCMA room rate at the Gunter Hotel is $229/night over the meeting dates.
When will the SOCMA Awards Dinner be held?
This year’s Awards Dinner will be held on Tuesday, October 21 as part of the Summit.
How are speakers and presenters selected?
SOCMA has a programming committee comprosed of our membership. Presentation topics are reviewed and approved by the committee.
