Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through September 30, 2026 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@socma.org minus a $150 processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted after September 30, 2026 based on obligations to the conference venue. Substitutions are permitted.

What is the SOCMA Summit?
The 2026 SOCMA Summit & Annual Meeting brings together professionals from across the specialty chemical industry for two days of education, discussion, and networking focused on the issues impacting business, operations, and regulatory strategy.
The program will feature three dedicated tracks focused on C-Suite leadership, regulatory, and manufacturing & operations, giving attendees the opportunity to engage in conversations most relevant to their role and company priorities.

The 2026 SOCMA Summit will be held at the Loews Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, GA on November 11-13. The SOCMA room rate at the Loews Atlanta Hotel is $249/night over the meeting dates.
When will the SOCMA Awards & Safety Recognition Dinner be held?
This year’s Awards & Safety Recognition Dinner will be held on Thursday, November 12 as part of the Summit.
How are speakers and presenters selected?
SOCMA has a programming committee comprised of our membership. Presentation topics are reviewed and approved by the committee.
