What is the dress code?
The following are prohibited from the golf course/clubhouse: denim attire (jeans, skirts, dresses), shorts shorter than mid-thigh, cut-offs, tank or halter tops and t-shirts or shirts without collars. Shirt tails must be tucked in, and trousers must be worn at waist level. Turtlenecks and mock turtlenecks are acceptable. Soft spike golf shoes are welcome throughout the club.
What transportation will be provided?
A shuttle will be provided to and from the golf course.
Am I able to rent or ship golf clubs?
For all of you golfers who would like to rent golf clubs, or for those who are interested in shipping your golf clubs directly to the club. Please contact Sandra at 571-348-5117, or meetings@socma.org for details.
What does registration include?
Greens fee, golf cart fee, range balls, beverage station, networking lunch, reception and dinner buffet.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and Refund requests minus a $75 processing fee must be made in writing. Please contact Sandra at 571-348-5117, or meetings@socma.org no later than August 09, 2019. No refunds will be granted after August 9, 2019. Substitutions are permitted.
