The specialty and fine chemical industry is a dynamic landscape. To stay competitive, chemical manufacturers must stay on the forefront of emerging technologies and maintain a workforce well suited to wield them. The roundtable discussion will focus on an overview of manufacturing capabilities within the SOCMA membership, observed and predicted trends around manufacturing technologies, as well as case study examples on acquiring and developing workforce talent through digital platforms and apprenticeship programs.
