Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through November 08, 2019 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@socma.org minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after November 08, 2019. Substitutions are permitted.

What is SOCMA Week?
SOCMA Week is our association's annual meeting and conference. 

Where will SOCMA Week be held?
SOCMA Week will be held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans on December 4-6, 2019. The SOCMA room rate at the Royal Sonesta is $189/night over the meeting dates. 

Where will the SOCMA Annual Dinner be held?
This year’s dinner is in New Orleans on December 4-6 as part of SOCMA Week. We have expanded the programming to include more than 15 education sessions and build on the past networking and programming the Annual Dinner provided.

How were speakers and presenters selected?
SOCMA held a call for presentations for experts in environmental, health and safety, manufacturing and operations, policy, and those supporting the specialty chemical industry community. Presentations were reviewed and approved by a committee.

How do I register?

Are there any sponsorship or exhibiting opportunities?
