Launched in 2019, our collaborative network of women represent manufacturers, distributors and service providers across the specialty and fine chemicals sector. We encourage community in bringing together the industry’s strong network of women across the specialties value chain to make connections, foster professional development and create value.

SOCMA’s Women in Specialties LinkedIn page serves as the foundational hub for engagement and interaction within the group. Group members can share announcements, insights and any other information that facilitates building valuable connections.
To foster connection and community, SOCMA hosts in-person networking coffees at industry events throughout the year. These coffees serve as an opportunity for women in the specialties industry to come together, collaborate and connect on a more personal level.
In its inaugural year, SOCMA’s Mentorship Program was built on the feedback and needs of women within the specialty and fine chemical industry.
