Fostering Leadership Development in Chemical Manufacturing
The SOCMA Leadership Accelerator Program is a network of chemical manufacturing professionals that are positioned to lead a business unit or function area in the next 5 years.
The program offers two focused peer groups in Sales/Business Development and Operations and provides educational programming and tools to identify necessary leadership skills and transform thinking. The group convenes annually in-person at the SOCMA Summit to build connections.
How to Participate
SOCMA members may nominate employees to participate in the Leadership Accelerator Program via email at info@socma.org. Please specify if your employee is in the Sales/Business Development or Operations track.
