Section D: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING EXHIBIT MATERIALS
PRE-SHOW ADVANCE SHIPPING VIA PRX
PRX Exhibition Services is SOCMA’s official general service contractor and all exhibitor equipment/materials should be shipped in advance of the show through PRX.
PRX will send each exhibitor an email from prx@prexposition.com the show with your personal login credentials in order to access the ordering system with online.
If you do not receive an email by December 20, please contact Danielle Murnieks at dmurnieks@prexposition.com.
PRE-SHOW ADVANCE SHIPPING VIA HOTEL FEDEX
Exhibitors may ship small items via the on-site FedEx. For details, click here.
Packages may not arrive prior to February 15.
Companies not using PRX will need to retrieve packages from the FedEx office during operating hours. Return shipments should be taken to the FedEx office and have shipping labels affixed to packages/containers, contact your shipper to schedule a pick-up and take packages to the FedEx. Shipments left in your exhibit space will be considered unclaimed.
SOCMA has arranged for additional hours at the on-site FedEx. It will now be open on Sunday, February 18 from 1:30pm-5:30pm.
PRX FREIGHT SERVICES ADVANCE SHIPPING

PRX Expo freight services rates are $280.00 flat for first 200 , + $140 each add’l 100lbs.
This service includes receiving materials at our warehouse, unloading from carrier, storage at warehouse, delivery from our warehouse to convention site, empty crate storage, delivery of crates after show to booth, and delivery from booth to designated carrier for outbound shipment.

Return Instructions (For PRX Shippers Only):
Exhibitors can leave any boxes by your booth, with a properly labeled shipping label affixed for your preferred carrier. PRX will collect materials and coordinate the return shipment to your office. It is helpful to have an actual shipping labeland not a hand written one to ensure proper return delivery.

Section F: Lead Retrieval
Lead Retrieval Services are available at the SOCMA Show via the attendee app and is included with your exhibit registration fee. Only designated exhibitors will have access to the lead retrieval services.
Setting up lead retrieval: Login to the exhibitor portal (link was provided in the confirmation email). If you did not receive, please reach out to Miranda Knoch at mknoch@socma.org.
1. Once logged in, you will be brought to the home screen. On the tab bar, select leads and then setup.
2. Setup Questions
On the lead management setup page, you can create custom questions for your connections to answer. Response options include multiple choice, comment box, rating, yes/no, true/false, number, and date.
There is no limit to the number of questions you can add.
3. Develop thank you email
The thank-you email can be set to automatically send to all scanned contacts whose information has been collected. This email may include an attachment, such as a brochure or other relevant information, that applies to all scanned contacts.
4. Lead alert email
The lead alert email is a message you’ll create to notify your team when a new lead has been scanned. It will include the contact information and responses to the questions filled out by your connections.
