In light of the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and gathering limits in New Orleans, SOCMA Week 2020 has been postponed and rescheduled for October 20-22, 2021 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans, LA.
Serving as the location for SOCMA’s Centennial Celebration, SOCMA Week 2021 will be the place for education, networking and celebration.

Session Formats
Workshops SOCMA Week 2021 will include space for workshops. Submitted proposals for workshops should include 90 minutes of hands-on learning and teaching on the proposed topic for attendees to learn and obtain immediate takeaways for implementation.
SOCMA will provide a complimentary registration for the primary workshop presenter. Co-presenters must register at the additional attendee rate.
Breakout Sessions Breakout sessions are designed to present the latest trends, insights and best practices. Topics should be timely and informational. Sales-oriented presentations will not be considered. Presentations are typically 50-minutes, including 10 minutes of Q&A or discussion. Breakout sessions run concurrently with other sessions.
SOCMA will provide a $100 discount on full conference registration for the primary presenter. Co-presenters must register at the additional attendee rate.
General Sessions General sessions are designed to present the latest trends, insights and best practices. Topics should be timely and informational. Sales-oriented presentations will not be considered. Presentations are typically 50-minutes, including 10 minutes of Q&A or discussion. General sessions are presented to all attendees.
