Deidre joined Milliken in 2010 and worked in various technical roles within the R&D organization prior to transitioning to the Plastics Additives Strategy and Marketing team in 2016. During her time in the marketing group, she focused on product line management for products sold primarily into plastic packaging and overall business strategy. More recently she’s managed the growth platform and sustainability strategy for the Plastics Additives business.
Prior to coming to Milliken, Deidre earned her Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Global Strategic Sourcing & Operations, Sustainable Procurement & Risk Management
|Chelsea Burlan works with suppliers on continuously improving sustainability efforts and working with internal stakeholders to analyze, mitigate and lower risks within the supply chain. She also championed the launch of Grace’s Responsible Sourcing Program (GRSP) in 2020.|
