Erika Krueger, SOCMA
Director, Industry Relations


Erika Krueger is Director, Industry Relations, within SOCMA’s Commercial Services division. In her role, Erika works to advance SOCMA’s commercial programs that facilitate business connections across the specialty and batch chemical industry.

With more than eight years of industry experience, Erika joins SOCMA from global contract manufacturer Weylchem.

Deidre Sandrock, Milliken Chemical
Director, Sustainability & Innovation

Deidre joined Milliken in 2010 and worked in various technical roles within the R&D organization prior to transitioning to the Plastics Additives Strategy and Marketing team in 2016. During her time in the marketing group, she focused on product line management for products sold primarily into plastic packaging and overall business strategy. More recently she’s managed the growth platform and sustainability strategy for the Plastics Additives business.

Prior to coming to Milliken, Deidre earned her Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chelsea Burlan, W.R. Grace & Co.
Global Strategic Sourcing & Operations, Sustainable Procurement & Risk Management

Chelsea Burlan works with suppliers on continuously improving sustainability efforts and working with internal stakeholders to analyze, mitigate and lower risks within the supply chain. She also championed the launch of Grace’s Responsible Sourcing Program (GRSP) in 2020.

Prerna Chatterjee, BASF
Senior Manager, Sustainability

Prerna Chatterjee has devoted herself to creating business value through Sustainability. Through extensive research and industry interaction, she helps construct and map value chains, identify and prioritize issues, industry trends and benchmark them among competitors on the basis of Sustainability.
