    SOCMA Signs onto TSCA Coalition Letter

    We are writing on behalf of the American Alliance for Innovation (AAI) to express support for the Committee’s work to improve the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and ensure a chemical regulatory program at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that is properly resourced, does not impede or create unnecessary barriers to technological innovation while avoiding unreasonable risks of injury, and supports growth in our manufacturing sector.
