Nominate a member of your team for SOCMA’s Emerging Leader Award! The Emerging Leader Award recognizes a shining star who has made a significant contribution or impact with his or her organization from sales, marketing, research, management, and plant operations, we encourage you to nominate and recognize your emerging leaders.
An independent committee of volunteers from SOCMA membership will review all nominations. These judges will evaluate the nominees’ career accomplishments and professional expertise. Consideration will also be given to activity within the specialties industry and letters of support from colleagues.
Winners Announcement
Award winners will be announced in November. All winners will be honored at SOCMA Week on December 5, 2019 in New Orleans, LA.

This is the first award to recognize the brilliant women who contribute to the success of the specialty and fine chemical industry and an opportunity to recognize the women that shape the future of specialties.
From the women leading their companies to those who work in various capacities in sales, marketing, research, management, and plant operations, we encourage you to nominate and recognize the women in your companies to receive this inaugural award.

The Performance Improvement Awards Program is a recognition program focusing on the five Core Principles in SOCMA’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Program-ChemStewards:
Award Applications are based on these Five Core Principles and specifically take into account best practices and principles that demonstrate continuous improvement beyond basic requirements of ChemStewards and government-mandated programs.
