    Travis Harper Travis Harper is a Client Relationship Executive with domain experience working in the chemicals and specialty materials industry. Travis is Harper’s career has been spent supporting companies and their management teams solve some of their most complex business problems.

    Harper has over 15 years of experience advising chemical and specialty material companies on their growth strategy, optimizing supply chain, reimagining how work gets done, and engagement with investor relations and key stakeholders. Travis has provisioned solutions that enable margin expansion, create competitive advantage, and expand into new end-markets.

    Travis has an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Austin College.

    Shay Eliaz
    Principal

    Shay is a Principal with Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice. He is the Innovation leader for Deloitte’s Manufacturing Practice and advises clients globally, helping them respond to the myriad of complex growth, technology, regulator, and innovation challenges present in today’s competitive marketplace.

    He specializes primarily in chemicals and specialty materials companies, and agro-based clients, but has experience across multiple industries including: aerospace and defense, industrial, and automotive.

    Shay has an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College

    Neal Batra
    Principal

    Neal is a New York-based Partner focused on healthcare strategy.  He serves clients across the healthcare ecosystem on strategy challenges related to business model and operating model transformation.

    Neal is a co-author of Deloitte’s Future of Health (FoH) (2040) point-of-view. He leads the market-facing practice that helps clients apply the FoH frames and concepts to make critical strategic choices. He is a leader in Deloitte’s Strategy & Analytics practice, as well as the firm’s Life Sciences Strategy Lead.  He has over 15 years of experience advising leading healthcare organizations on issues related to digital transformation, growth & innovation, next-gen business models and business unit / enterprise strategy.

    Neal holds his MBA from London Business School and a BBA from the College of William & Mary.

    Bob Kumpf
    Specialist Executive

    Bob Kumpf is a Ph.D. Materials Chemist and Chemicals & Specialty Materials executive with 28 years of experience across multiple geographies and functions.  Bob has received over 20 US and International patents and has published in refereed scientific and management journals.

    In Innovation and General Management roles, Bob has helped companies grow via new products and by expanding the application of existing products into new markets.  In General Management positions, he has played key roles in both restructuring initiatives and strategic pivots.  He has done this both with large multi-nationals and late-stage start-up companies.

    Bob received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Materials Science from Penn State University and completed the Oxford University Business Economics Program.
