CHEM Group Announces Asset Purchase and Name Change

EVANSVILLE, IN – CGH-EV, Inc has announced its formation into two focused entities: CHEM Group for Heat Transfer Fluids, Rolling Oils, Sodium Nitrite and Tolling, and MEG2, LLC for Premium Glycols including PowerGard Antifreeze as well as Secondary Plasticizers, Aromatic Solvents and Pitch.

Dave and Paul Carson have purchased full ownership of the Evansville and Troy plants from Owners Resource Group (ORG) as CGH-Ev, Inc., with Dave Carson continuing to serve as President/CEO of the newly structured organization.

In addition to manufacturing premium chemical products, CHEM Group serves as a comprehensive toll manufacturing and services provider, utilizing advanced Short Path Distillation, Blending, Reaction and Pastillation processes.
