EPA Releases Methylene Chloride (MCL) Risk Management Final Rule

Today, EPA released a pre-publication of the risk management final rule for Methylene Chloride Regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Issue Summary: TSCA Fees Rule
