Custom Processing Services Appoints Ken Zrebiec as Chief Operating Officer

Reading, PA – Custom Processing Services (CPS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Zrebiec as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Ken brings a wealth of expertise in operations management, particularly within the pharmaceutical and specialty fine chemicals sectors. In addition to his role at CPS, Ken serves as the 1st Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the SOCMA, a position that underscores his leadership within the chemical manufacturing community and his commitment to advancing industry standards. 

Ken’s extensive background in driving operational efficiency and implementing cutting-edge strategies will be instrumental as CPS continues to expand its capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to its clients. His strategic vision and proven track record of success will enhance CPS’s ability to streamline operations, optimize production processes, and propel the company’s growth in the highly competitive toll processing market. 

Before joining CPS, Ken held the role of Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, where he spearheaded global initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, enhancing production quality, and reducing operational costs. His leadership in optimizing production systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement has made a significant impact on every organization he has been a part of.
