Message from the President and CEO: Coronavirus preparedness update

As we continue to adjust to our new normal created by the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that we are committed to providing the highest level of personalized service that you have come to expect from McGriff. With our Business Continuity Plan fully functional, I’m pleased to report that more than 90% of our staff is now working remotely—equipped with the resources and support our teammates need to manage our business and take care of our customers.

For our teammates who are still required to work in the office, we continue to make every effort to limit exposure by implementing social distancing, office/work station relocations, and enhanced cleaning, especially on high-touch surfaces.

To support our clients and partners with claims and claims-related questions specific to COVID-19, we created a Coronavirus Claims Response Team that will communicate the changing claims landscape, answer questions, and establish protocols and best practices for managing complex claims.
