DR. ANDREAS WINTERFELDT NAMED PHT INTERNATIONAL, INC. CEO

Charlotte, NC – PHT International, Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Dr. Andreas Winterfeldt as the
new Chief Executive Officer of PHT International, Inc.

Dr. Winterfeldt has over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership, strategic development & restructuring, and global
operations & business. In his career he has held global leadership positions in R&D, international operations- & business management in the life science & specialty chemicals industry. Dr. Winterfeldt has a strong proven track record in highly diversified, innovative, international, and multicultural companies.

Dr. Winterfeldt will be responsible for overseeing PHT International’s entire operations, including all global subsidiaries.
