Halliburton Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results

Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) announced today net income of $236 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2021. This compares to net income for the second quarter of 2021 of $227 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. Adjusted net income for the third quarter of 2021, excluding special items, was $248 million, or $0.28 per diluted share. Halliburton's total revenue for the third quarter of 2021 was $3.9 billion compared to revenue of $3.7 billion in the second quarter of 2021.

NEW SITE GROUNDBREAKING AND BUSINESS EXPANSION PROJECT

Nova Molecular Technologies, Inc. (Nova), a leading manufacturer of high-purity solvents, broke ground on a new facility in the Pocatalico East Industrial Site in Sumter, South Carolina on August 12th. This expansion is one of Nova’s large-scale growth projects announced in late 2019. Phase one construction is expected to be complete in 2022 with the full project completion expected by 2024.

Philippe Deecke appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Lonza Group

onza today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Philippe Deecke as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lonza Group. The appointment will be effective from 1 December 2021. Philippe will succeed Rodolfo J. Savitzky as a member of the Lonza Executive Committee.
